Volunteer Details
Anyone who is a student or employee of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln can participate in The Big Event. Participants are welcome to sign up with one organization, in one group or as an individual. Participants under 19 years of age need to submit a parent/guardian-signed permission on the Warning of Risk, Waiver, Release of All Claims Agreement.
Deadlines and Volunteer Sign-up Locations
The Big Event for 2010 will take place on April 10, 2010. Registration will begin in January. If you have questions, call or stop by the ASUN office (427-2581, 136 Nebraska Union) or Student Involvement (472-2454, 200 Nebraska Union).

Additional Information
After you sign up to participate, The Big Event staff will work to connect you with a volunteer site. An Operations Staff member or a leader of your student organization will then email you more detailed information about where you will volunteer and what you will do to serve the Lincoln community as part of The Big Event.
