Why did you join TBE Exec? I joined The Big Event Exec not only to serve my community but to grow as an individual and as a leader. As the sustainability chair, I will be able to spread awareness of a topic that is important to me. Being a member of the Operations Staff last year was extremely fulfilling, and I know the opportunity to expand my leadership as an Exec member will be equally, if not more, rewarding.

Why are you passionate about TBE? I am passionate about The Big Event because it is amazing to be a part of something that brings UNL students together and gives back to Lincoln. Serving my community is something that has always been important to me, so seeing the impact it brings has been incredible. Whether it’s through helping at jobsites, informing people about our sustainability initiatives, or uniting our campus, being a part of The Big Event has taught me that we can make a difference in just one day.
